Following a Phd in Pharmaceutical science and a Masters in Cosmetology at the University of Lyon Florence started her career at the R&D centre of BDF in Germany and then at the makeup subcontractor Gamma Croma in Italy as Technical Director. Returning to France, she joined the newly created structure of Fareva group dedicated to make up in the position of R&D Director. Florence joined Aptar in the newly created position of Beauty Skin Care and Makeup Laboratory Director before her current role as Beauty Formulations and Materials Director. In this role her and her team study how materials and complete packaging can be a source of interactions and/or synergies with customer formulations within the application fields of skin care, makeup and fragrances.
