Mathias lead the global marketing program for DSM’s skin care range and, since 2018, has headed its science and promotion department. He previously headed the cosmetics business of Pentapharm, creating and executing its global growth strategy. He has a PhD in pharmacy from the University of Basel and a postgraduate qualification in marketing.
